Minneapolis-based law firm seeks a senior immigration attorney with minimum 7+ years of immigration experience to join our firm. Responsible for managing a wide variety of family-based, humanitarian-based, and employment-based immigration matters.
Duties will include preparing appeals, motions, and petitions before the federal district courts and federal circuit courts; and representing clients before the Immigration Court, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, U.S. Department of State, and other agencies. Applicant must possess strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, outstanding organizational skills, intercultural communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team. Fluency in Spanish is a big plus.
Starting salary: $95K-$125K (plus great benefits)
