Bookkeeping

Accounts Receivable

  • Client payments (cash, check, credit card)
  • Payment list management
  • Auto-Payment list and binder management
  • Entering client payments (QB)
  • Invoicing clients from fee agreements and charge sheets (QB)
  • Monthly billing (QB)
  • Client collection calls/emails
  • Balance write-offs

Accounts Payable

  • Vendor account management
  • Paying vendor accounts
  • Entering bills and payments (QB)

General

  • Recording all deposits (QB)
  • Entering all bank and credit card charges (QB)
  • Filing Accounts Receivable
  • Filing Accounts Payable
  • Generate financial reports as needed
  • Daily cash and checking account management
  • Loan management (PayPal Working Capital, SBA, PPP, EIDL)
  • Prepare all documents and forms for tax filing

Administrative/HR

  • Payroll
  • Expense reimbursements
  • Employee onboarding/exiting
  • User/employee accounts admin (NetDocs, LLX, Lexis, ADP, Microsoft, Adobe, MyHours, Zoom, email)
  • Medical and Dental insurance/benefit management
  • First contact for any and all IT issues, printer/copier issues, phone issues, internet issues, etc.
  • Work with IT on a regular basis
  • Supply inventory and purchasing
  • Employee recruitment/vetting/etc.
  • Website editing & Facebook account management
  • Travel arrangements and booking
  • Firm, attorney, and notary registrations
  • Employee management (annual reviews, self-evaluations, communication)
  • General office organization and operation
  • Point of contact for CBRE (building management)

*Assist CEO in managing Afrique-Sub-Sahara Strategies LTD (AQS) government procurement work.

Starting Salary: $25.00-$27.50/Hour (plus great benefits)
